Here is a simple mod to add a switch that swaps the ADSR with the ASR envelope generators.

Wires AA and S are removed from their respective panel pots. Then they are connected to a DPDT switch as in the above schematic. Reference to R115 and R102 refer to the lug from which wire AA or S was removed.
